Each session combines functional movement, nervous system regulation, and community.
Spots are limited to 15 participants, so please sign up via our booking system in advance.
We believe movement should be accessible to everyone.
All classes operate on a pay-what-you-can basis, with a recommended contribution of €10.

First we move
A weekly outdoor movement session that fuses functional training, strength, Pilates, and breathwork. all designed to wake your body, clear your mind, and connect with other people.

then enjoy coffee and a chat
We don’t just train and leave. After each session, we will have coffee together and meet familiar and new faces. Dating apps were yesterday, time to get back to IRL connections.

Open to all levels, genders, and backgrounds. Whether you're new in town, bored of solo gym sessions, or just want to move and meet people .
