BOW Health Collective is a holistic approach to conscious performance and regeneration, in body, mind, and life.

We combine mental coaching, physical personal training with modern health strategies into a system designed to boost performance while cultivating real balance.

We offer coachings, personalized training and retreats for companies and individual groups.

When did we start seperating

the body from the mind?

Somewhere along the way, we started treating the mind and body as two separate systems. As if our thoughts, emotions, and stress levels weren’t tied to our physical health. But science, ancient wisdom, and lived experience all tell a different story: a healthy mind and a healthy body are inseparable.

At BOW, we believe in a holistic approach. Whether it's movement, breathwork, mindset, or recovery. Everything is connected. True health doesn’t come from isolating symptoms, but from supporting the whole human being.

  • Co-Founder

    Marie is a former athlete and experienced marketer who served as a COO before fully committing to her passion for holistic wellness. With a diploma in fitness and private training, certifications in yoga, and a diploma in mental coaching, she brings a rare blend of performance insight and mind-body expertise. Her approach combines movement, mental clarity, and nervous system resilience to create truly transformative, personalized experiences.

    Paul is a former soccer player and model with a bachelor’s degree in sports and fitness. His holistic approach to personal training focuses on sustainable results, whether working with athletes or beginners. Paul’s dedication to understanding the body’s needs helps his clients achieve their goals with precision and commitment, ensuring they stay strong, healthy, and motivated.
