Marie is a former athlete and experienced marketer who served as a COO before fully committing to her passion for holistic wellness. With a diploma in fitness and private training, certifications in yoga, and a diploma in mental coaching, she brings a rare blend of performance insight and mind-body expertise. Her approach combines movement, mental clarity, and nervous system resilience to create truly transformative, personalized experiences.

Co-FounderPaul is a former soccer player and model with a bachelor’s degree in sports and fitness. His holistic approach to personal training focuses on sustainable results, whether working with athletes or beginners. Paul’s dedication to understanding the body’s needs helps his clients achieve their goals with precision and commitment, ensuring they stay strong, healthy, and motivated.
