A WORKSHOP FOR CLARITY, CALM AND UNDERSTANDING YOUR BODY'S SIGNALS
UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY. RESET YOUR RHYTHM.
You feel tired but cannot fully rest. You get a second wind right when you should be sleeping, and you wake up already behind. You train, you eat well, but your body and energy is not reflecting any of it. And in the small gaps between things, two minutes waiting for the tram, a moment between tasks, your hand finds your phone before your mind has even made the decision. Something is always slightly on.
It does not have to be all of this.
If even one of these things sounds familiar, there is likely one pattern underneath it all.
Your body is not working against you. It is waiting for the right signal.
THE PRACTICE: CORTISOL RESET WORKSHOP is a 2.5-hour workshop for anyone ready to understand what their body is actually doing under stress, and what to do about it.
Part education, part embodied practice, part protocol it is built to help you understand what is driving the pattern and leave with the tools to actually change it.
This workshop is for you if:
You feel tired but wired and cannot figure out why
Your focus, mood and energy feel inconsistent in ways you cannot quite explain
Your energy drops mid-afternoon but your mind races at night
You train and eat well but your body is not reflecting any of it
You have tried the advice and still cannot quite get there
UNDERSTAND
Cortisol is not the enemy. It is a signal your body sends for a reason, and one that becomes a problem only when it cannot stop sending it. In this block we explore the mechanisms behind your body's stress response, the connection between cortisol and your hormones, whether estrogen and progesterone or testosterone, and what that relationship means for your energy, mood, sleep and recovery.
EXPERIENCE
Functional movement, breathwork, and guided regulation practices. You will move, feel, and collect moments of recognition. A physical experience designed to show you what it feels like to shift your internal state on purpose.
INTEGRATE
The practical reset: a supplement and nutrition protocol built on current research, lifestyle adjustments you can implement this week, and a printed workbook and curated products to take home. You leave with a clear, specific plan and the guidance to make it stick.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
MARIE-THERESE BURKA
CO-FOUNDER
Marie is a mental coach, personal trainer, and integrative health coach. With a background in sports and nearly three decades of experience, she has been exposed to a wide range of approaches to movement.
Over the years, the importance of truly connecting body and mind has become increasingly relevant to her. What once focused on performance or appearance evolved into something far more personal. No longer about looking good in the mirror, but about cultivating real strength and resilience, inside and out.
Marie guides participants in setting meaningful goals, unlocking their potential, navigating challenging life phases, and dissolving limiting beliefs.
She consciously stepped away from corporate C-level roles to pursue self-employment and turn her passion for health into her everyday life. Within THE PRACTICE, she encourages participants to take responsibility for their inner alignment and step into their full potential.
PAUL STURM
CO-FOUNDER
Paul is a sports scientist, strength coach, and fitness and health trainer. With an academic background in sports science and hands-on experience in both personal and group training settings, he developed a grounded understanding of how the body adapts to load, stress, and movement over time.
After facing prolonged health challenges himself, his perspective on training shifted. What became central was the ability to move through life with more ease, to feel capable, resilient, and physically independent.
Paul helps participants understand the core pillars that make movement reliable, adaptable, and sustainable.
His work focuses on reducing fear and strengthening trust in the body. Training is simplified rather than made more complex, offering a clear framework for both self-directed trainees and those seeking a new perspective or a deeper understanding of their body.
